Tier is the Linden Labs(R) maintenance fee that we share like a co op in our private estate regions. Once you purchase your land, you may control the name of your land, shape, media, music, what objects are placed, you can even switch themes easily by notifying Relic Starbrook (i.e. moving from an island to mountain parcel).
